Department of Legal Affairs in International Trade
We deal with negotiations in international trade and commodity inspection; customs; taxation; international foreign exchange and letters of credit; domestic and foreign clients on the establishment of equity joint-ventures or contractual joint-ventures and wholly foreign-owned enterprises as well as branches, and in going through with the formalities for approval and registration of enterprises with foreign investment. We also deal with mediation, arbitration and lawsuits of international investment and trade disputes as well as civil and commercial disputes with foreign elements; attorney's certification in civil and commercial activities involving foreign elements etc..

Department of Legal Affairs in Corporations
The legal services provided are:-

Establishment and modification of Limited Liability Corporation;
Advice on public offerings, incorporation of joint-stock companies and the issuing of bonds and debentures;
Written verifications of prospectus of publicly held corporations;
Assistance on design of the property right structure and restructure of enterprises; transfer of ownership, the auction and sale of estate and the transfer of stock right; and
Merger, separation, transfer, dissolution, bankruptcy, liquidation of companies and advice on the employee shareholder plan.

Department of Legal Affairs in Finance and Securities
We participate in: negotiations of various loans made by domestic and foreign financial institutions; draft and review contracts of guaranty with legal opinions; attorney's certification in consumer credit and in security instruments for loans; hiring and financing of airplanes and ships; credit for imports/exports and other financing; mediation, arbitration and lawsuits of financial, insurance disputes including security, and time-bargain disputes etc.

Department on Intellectual Property
This includes application and registration; transfer and permit on intellectual property; assistance of building up a protection system as well as investigation and saving of clients' intellectual property.

Department of General Legal Affairs
We provide legal services in lawsuits of disputes in the professional fields of debt, marriage, inheritance, traffic accidents, medical accident, personal injury, labor relationship, and consumer protection, etc.

Criminal Defense Department
Providing criminal defendants with legal advice; acting for in trial and on appeal; serving as criminal defendant's attorneys and participating in criminal appeals as well as representing clients in the private prosecution and attached civil actions, etc.

Department of Administrative Legal Affairs
We provide criminal defendants with legal advice; and serve as their attorneys and participate in criminal appeals; act as legal advisor to government bodies; claim compensations from the country and perform administrative reviews, etc.
