Sichuan Tian Run Hua Bang Law Firm is located at the West of Tian Fu Square, Xiyu Building, at the centre of Chengdu City, Sichuan; with an area of 420 sq. meters, in a humanised office environment. It is modernized with up-to-date computer network and legal enquiry system to provide effective and high-quality legal services to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and the world.

We have 33 staffs and 23 of them are lawyers with many years of experience; they are from Courts of different levels (Prosecutorate) or from the governmental departments of the Province (City); over 40% of the lawyers carry LL.M. degrees or were educated abroad; several of them are registered auditors, accountants, property valuators, and certified or senior experts on economy, senior engineers, or with the non-legal professional knowledge of finance, business administration, and medicine.

Environmental Protection and usage of resources: services provided include all contracts and enforcements on environmental protection; evaluation and legal advice on environmental protection to enterprises; claims, negotiations, civil litigations and administrative litigations on environmental protection/pollution.

Our Firm was confirmed to be the one of the first leading agents in the legal review of reformation of state owned enterprise by the Commission of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration of Sichuan Province; was selected by the Sichuan Lawyer Association to be the leader in the Committee of the Protection of Consumers' Rights of the Sichuan Lawyer Association and our Director, Ms. Que Wen was elected to be the Chairlady of that Committee. Also, our Firm is the training institute for the LL.M. and Doctorate candidates of the Law School of Sichuan University.

Our Firm was awarded the Protection of Justice Award by the Sichuan Municipal People's Government of the Judicial Bureau of People's Republic of China. Ms. Que Wen was named the Protector of Justice and awarded the Most Excellent Lawyer of Sichuan Province by the Judicial Bureau of People's Republic of China.
