Topchoice Law Firm was founded in 1997; it is one of the early law firms in Jiangsu Province to establish the practice of partnership and has earned both good reputation and fame. In these eight years after its establishment, we highly emphasise on the quality of our group of lawyers; and have formed an advanced level of training courses for the lawyers in our country together with a comprehensive review system on our business, and as such, a group of self-motivated legal experts with excellent academic and practical background was called together to form a well-coordinated and innovative group of lawyers with high integrity and team spirit.

Presently we have all together over 200 lawyers and staffs in the country. In our Head Office in Nanjing, there are nine departments in Litigation, Professional and Comprehensive Business Management and sixteen Professional Working Sections. The total office area in the country is about 3,000 sq. meters. Our Firm and our lawyers have been awarded with honour for many times by the government authorities as "Most Satisfying Legal Service Unit"; "The Civilised Law Office"; "The Pioneer of Legal Advisors in China"; "The Best Ten Lawyers"; "The Most Famous Lawyer"; "The First Prize Winner in the Debate Contest of Lawyers in Jiangsu" etc. Also, at the Sixth Chinese World Merchants Conference we received good comments for the legal services rendered to this conference for acting as legal consultant to all the hundreds of participating units of both Jiangsu Province and Nanjing Municipal Government.
